For onsite bidders a 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. For online bidders at pennyrileauctions.com the buyers premium is 7% Full payment will be due Friday evening at 4:30pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3%) fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available day of sale and on Thursday and Friday following the sale from 8;30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Loading and unloading of large items can be a dangerous process. Though Pennyrile Auction Company LLC will be available to assist with loading/unloading, the buyer understands that using loader service is done at their own risk and agrees to hold harmless both the seller and Pennyrile Auction Company LLC in the event an item is broken or damaged during the load-out process. Buyers may also at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.
